Are you fed up with 'Yoyo' Dieting?

Have you ever considered Hypnosis? Hypnosis is a great aid in helping you not only to lose weight but also to keep it off!

The cause for many people who are over weight can primarily be, because of emotional eating i.e., stress, depression, boredom, loneliness, etc.

When I work with my clients I help them to overcome these issues and start to change what they eat, when they eat and why they eat the things that they do that stop them from loosing weight.

We are all born with a natural inbuilt ability to control our weight .When a baby is hungry it lets you know by crying and you feed it, but this baby is not ruled by the clock and no matter what time it is day or night when it's hungry it will cry and its time to feed it. If you take notice, that once the baby is content and has had its fill, it will try to refuse any more food. Even if you should give more the baby will regurgitate what it does not require at that time.

But as the child grows we then start to over ride this normal reflex by re-educating them to conform to our time table, to stop listening to our bodies and to eat at set times to eat even when you are not hungry.

Have you ever said this to your children or had it said to you "come on kids its time for school your breakfast is on the table" and when you get to the table you say to your parent "oh I don't feel hungry this morning I don't want this" and back comes the reply, something like `I don't care you will eat it because it will set you up for the day. I am not having you go to school on an empty stomach". So reluctantly you sit there 'shovelling' this food in even though your body doesn't want it and so you start to over ride your bodies normal reflexes and become reconditioned to conform with life's time tables.

By using hypnosis and complete mind therapy I can show you how, now as adults you can make adult decisions and re-instate your normal body reflexes.

To start to lose weight slowly a few pounds at a time - 2 to 4 lbs a week is ideal. Remember it took a long time to get to this point by gaining a few pounds here and there so you need to lose the extra weight the same way. Crash dieting may be a good way to lose weight fast but look what happens when you stop - it all comes back twice as quick!

So by losing the weight slowly the body will adjust and help you to keep to your desired shape and size for the future.
